Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of NetworkCycles.com Power Sports Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. NetworkCycles.com reserves the right to deny membership to the Affiliate program at its sole discretion. This is an agreement between you, the Affiliate, and NetworkCycles.com. By signing up as an Affiliate, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions, and you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before registering and using the affiliate service. 1. Joining the Program By filling out the sign up form, you are requesting to become a NetworkCycles.com affiliate. If approved, your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the NetworkCycles.com site and links and receive a commission based on services purchased by your referral individuals. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status No website which is a member of the NetworkCycles.com Affiliate Program may display any of the following content or engage in any of the following activity: NetworkCycles.com reserves the right to immediately suspended or terminate the affiliates account without paying commissions in the event where the following content or activity is found to be present: Promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation; Promotion of illegal activities; Promotion, sale, or display of defamatory, libelous or harmful material or material that otherwise infringes upon the rights of any third parties. Promotion or sale of "warez", pirated, or illegal software; Content that is inconsistent with NetworkCycles.com's policies and/or practices; Spamming (repeated, unsolicited emails). 3. No SPAM Policy NetworkCycles maintains a strict no-spam policy for its affiliate program. You may not send unsolicited emails in order to promote our services. Doing so will result in expulsion from the affiliate program, and forfeiture of any accrued commissions. Your affiliate application and status in the program will be terminated and all commissions will be forfeited. 4. Linking to NetworkCycles.com You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, flyers, word-of-mouth, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by NetworkCycles.com or with written permission, you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in section 2 above. 5. Affiliate Tracking All tracking are being done with cookies. Cookies are set to expire within 180 days. It is not NetworkCycles.com's responsibility in the event where customers disable cookies in their browsers. 6. Liability NetworkCycles.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. NetworkCycles.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products or services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of NetworkCycles.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. 7. Prices The prices charged for products and services sold under this program will be determined by NetworkCycles.com according to our own pricing policies. Prices may vary from time to time as determined in NetworkCycles.com's sole discretion. 8. Affiliate Commissions You will be paid referral fees for every NetworkCycles.com base listing purchase via online credit card orders. You will receive the stated commission of the purchase price directly generated by your hyperlinks. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products or services bought by yourself or your company. Commissions are sent once a month, on the 15th. You cannot join the affiliate program just to get a discount. In other words, we won't pay you commission on your own sales. In the event where this appears to be the case, NetworkCycles.com shall have the right to withhold commissions. 9. Payments a. NetworkCycles.com will only pay affiliates if their account has a balance of $100.00 or more. Payments are sent out on the 15th of every month, via PayPal.com. (See PayPal.com option below). Commission payments will be made on the 15th day of the month following the month in which the sales occurred. (for example, commissions for the month of January are paid on February 15th.) If commissions do not reach the minimum $100.00 USD in a given month, they carry over into the next month. b. Receiving A PayPal.com Payment From Us Is Optional If you choose not to receive PayPal.com payments from us, we'll send you a paper check in the mail, minus a $15 processing fee per check. You can always add a PayPal.com account at a later time before being scheduled for a payment. c. SSN, EIN, or VAT Number Required Before you receive your first payment, you are required to provide us with your correct Tax ID, SSN, or VAT number. You are not required to provide this information during signup, but you risk delay of payment if not received prior to receiving your first payment via PayPal.com or check. 10. Refunds, Chargebacks and Bad Checks If a purchase is later refunded to a customer or charged back by the customer, or if a customer's check does not clear, the commission owed to the affiliate will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate. 11. Illegal Activities and Fraud Any attempt to undermine or hack the affiliate program will result in the affiliate's account being terminated without any commission being paid to the affiliate. Any fraud against NetworkCycles.com's affiliate program will be investigated and reported to the proper authorities. 12. Terms and Condition Changes These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or NetworkCycles.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by NetworkCycles.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. In the event of termination, all commissions will be forfeited. We reserve the right to change or modify commission payout structure on affected affiliates at our discretion. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
